Use of service
DiffSpot is a free tool to scan HubSpot portals and compare environments for migration readiness. By connecting your HubSpot account and using the app, you agree to these terms. You must have authority to authorize access to the HubSpot portals you connect.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful migration and audit purposes. Do not abuse the HubSpot API, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the service in a way that harms HubSpot, us, or others. We may suspend or stop access if we detect misuse.
HubSpot & your data
DiffSpot is not affiliated with HubSpot, Inc. We use HubSpot's API with your OAuth consent. You are responsible for your HubSpot data and compliance with HubSpot's terms. We only read configuration to generate reports; we do not modify or delete data in your portals.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scan and comparison results are for informational use only; migration decisions are your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DiffSpot. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the service (currently zero for the free tool).
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may notify you via the app or email where available.
